Hi girls!!!!!! My gosh, I've been such a bad Nestie/Knottie lately! Ugh! I guess I've just been busy with life and trying to enjoy the summer while it's here, so I've cut back on computer time. Plus I can hardly keep up with all the new stuff on TK. It's overwhelming!
But DH is working a late night tonight, so I'm home alone with free time and just perused some recent posts and wanted to make some random comments where they would be seen!
Risa - So potentially exciting about UMass Boston! You would be a fellow UMasster like me! I love that. I have such pride and love for that school (well, Amherst but still!). UMass, you know! (that was the motto!). And what is your email addy? I think we need to start some group emailing about the GTG!
Sarah - I don't think I ever heard your report on Daisy! Did your DH love it?! I think of you every day when I spray it on.
Mrs.MirMaz - I don't think we are FB friends and I want to be! I just read your would/wouldn't and really want to see your dress! Please find me from our mutual friends (Risa, Kelly, Pam, Sarah, etc!): Laura P-G. Also, I can totally relate to the family problem with the religion thing. Ugh! So unfair, I'm sorry you are going through that. I hope your DH sticks up for you and tries to settle it with them - I don't think it should be up to you. All you can do is be the bigger person, and recognize that it is their loss and their hate only poisons them, not you. I speak from experience - my MIL didn't support our marriage because of race/religion. I was super pissed for awhile but got over it and I still try to be as polite and pleasant and possible. It seems like she is slowly coming around.

It was so damn hot out that I don't think it made a difference. I wore it a lot, but the little can thingy that I put it in leaked, so I only got a few days of it. LAME!!! I wear it now and he says it smells nice. It's more for me anyways I guess? Still love it and think of you when I wear it too!

No official location yet, but somewhere in Manhattan I imagine. It's always a toss up in going to NYC, to drive or not to drive. I can say, the tolls for bridges/tunnels are so much! Like, $8 or $10, and you are bound to go through at least one or two. Last time I went to Manhattan, we were forced to park in a garage and it was $40 for like a few hours! Ridiculous! And that wasn't even in the heart of Manhattan but rather uptown.
And, ladies, thanks for showing me love! I will try to come out and play more often! I truly do miss talking with you all! I think what happens is I feel a sense of obligation to also keep up with the DW board, and by the time I reach this one I'm out of time.
