need to start today over
i'm exhausted. This is how 6am-10:40 went:
dh had a meeting locally so i was commuting solo with the girls. i left extra time, but still left late for daycare/work. sleeping beauty did not want to be woken! or get dressed. or eat.
the lenses in my glasses popped out 2x. first one side. i got it back in. then the other. all before i even got dressed.
got stuck in daycare parking lot because some parent double parked which blocked me in.
missed ferry.
had 30 min to the next, so i enjoyed a large DD iced hazelnut coffee. this was the highlight of my entire morning.
ferry bus had an altercation with another car/driver. that's right - altercation, not accident! i've seen it all now.
the car cut off the bus. bus stopped short to avoid colliding, and did so successfully. crazy driver blocked bus, got out of his car, physically attacked the bus by pulling off the mirror and threatening the driver and i think he started to shove his hands inside the driver's window, etc. police were right there - which was good. we waited for another bus to come - it was way too far and too hot to walk from that point to my office. there went another half hour.
who attacks a bus with their bare hands?!
