Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Wishes work-nooo not a BFP ;)
Today at work I was finishing up with a customer and I went to walk back into the office. There was a gift bag sitting on my desk. My boss said,"I'm not sure who it's from-she wouldn't give me her name, but you had helped her when she came in..."
I open it up and one of my customers had given me an AMAZING smelling candle and wrote me a really sweet card about how great of a job I did with her. 
I'm writing her a personal thank you card now and enjoying my candle as we speak.
This totally made my entire week!
