I was very high risk and can highly recommend Dr Rowe in Clear Lake and Dr Karolina Adams by Womans (not the best bedside manner but great at what she does). I believe my baby would not be here without her decision to put my cerclage in immediately. She had a great sense of urgency and put my baby as the #1 priority by personally calling my OB right away to demand the surgery first thing in the morning and being sure the hospital got us in. Great Dr.
They are both high risk and I know Dr Rowe does not deliver. Not sure about Adams. I went to them and my regular OB, who delivered DD.
