Grilled Pizza
My new addiction! I made (by I, of course I mean DH) it last night and OMG, fantastic! So yummy, we did it on our charcoal grill and I loved the smokey taste! I cheated and used pre-made crust (like Bobili, but Target brand), but I'll branch out and make my own next time!

I bought mini ones too and K loved making her own!
I became obsessed with grilled pizza last summer...need to make that again!
I have made the dough, but have cheated more times than not with pre-made crusts..still very good. I've even used tortillas before, it really tasted pretty decent.
My fave combo is chicken breast pieces, mozzarella and parm (or any other random cheeses I might have laying around), mushroom, and then I use this store bought Bertolli sauce called "Penne Rosa"
This is our "go to" dinner when we want to impress people. Everyone always love it.
