although i have a bridal shoot in a little while, so i won't be able to really catch the evening crowd.

yes. at the end of the day, i'm the one living in the house, not them. i want a house i'm happy with. if they have a problem with that, then they can simply not give the money.
that sounds more like a bribe...but i'm ok with cupcake bribery. i'll be done with the cupcakes in a considerably shorter time than i'll be living in a house.
