Weekend Plans
Today: workin' for the weekend, therapy appt after work, possibly getting together with a couple of friends for a movie night.
Saturday: Farmer's market, nail appt, then spending the afternoon shopping with my sister all around the South Shore for various swaps and birthday presents.
Sunday: my cousin's 4th birthday party up on the north shore
Monday: Samma's got a follow-up pedi appt, but other than that, trying to stay cool.
Re: Weekend Plans
Today: grocery shopping, keeping cool, probably buying ice cream
Saturday: going to a cookout hosted by DH's coworker. This is the coworker who flat-out asked DH if I was pregnant. I am hoping he keeps his mouth shut.
Sunday: I don't think we have any plans, which is cool with me.
Congrats to both my TTC buddies, Amberley18 and sb2006 on their beautiful babies!
Today - Hair appointment at noon, yay! After that I'll probably tidy up the house a bit. Josh has a softball game after work and I honestly don't know how he'll stand this heat! When he gets home, we'll probably just watch a movie on demand.
Sat - I'll probably paint a cabinet that I bought for kitchen storage and help Josh clean out the garage.
Sun - Grocery shopping, work on the nursery.

Today- Leaving at lunch to go run errands (car buying and ensuring you're getting the best deal on your car and your trade and your loan is a hassle, yo.) and burn to death in the swelter. Then go grocery shopping and to Chipotle.
Tomorrow- Trying to stay cool, either at the pool or at home/ the movies. Kirk wants me to come hang some stuff in his office.
Sunday- No plans.

Today: work and then going to the local carnival for dinner and fun.
Tomorrow: Graduation party for Andys cousin and then getting together with some friends that we havent seen in a few months.
Sunday: one of my BMs is in town with her new BF for her sister's grad party so we're going to meet them for lunch. supposedly, he is THE ONE and she has been begging Andy and I to meet him for months.

Tonight we also have reservations for a Winemakers Dinner - a 4-course dinner with wine pairings at one of the nicest restaurants in Snowmass. They are even having a string quartet concert duing dinner, ooh lala!
demos and chef's presentations, tastings most of the day Saturday (the schedule is on the website), then probably something low-key for dinner.
And it's only supposed to be in the low-80s all weekend up there. Hooray for cooler temps!!!
Today: Work. Hopefully I will be out early b/c I'm on vacation next week.
Tomorrow: Morning = hopefully able to do the 3 hour GTT. Rest of the day= probably crashing on the couch. I felt like crap after this past 1 hour GTT so I can't even imagine how the 3 hour will make me feel. Also, I highly doubt I will want to go outside for too long with this crazy heat. I guess I can use this "indoor time" to pack for the week.
Sunday: Dropping off the dogs at my parents house & waiting for J to get home from a bach. party so that we can head right down the Cape.

Friday: Working then pool time and grilling with Glen.
Saturday: PT in the morning, chores/shopping throughout the day, date night with Glen Saturday evening. Thai food and Harry Potter in 3D at the IMAX.
Sunday: Mani/Pedi and relaxing.
This.... and working my *ss off per usual.
Today: Just came back from my belly check up with my midwife, and it went well, I really love her, she's just wonderful to talk to. Planning to go to lunch with Matt and my friend Katie who is here for a while. I wanted to get my nails done and then we're headed to MD for the weekend!
Tomorrow: Bridal shower for another Katie and who knows after?!
Sunday: Breakfast with my dad and we drive back to NC to spend some time with Matt on his night off.

I am winding up a fabulous vacation week. Today I had physical therapy and a car appt. We were going to go to the pond, but we may just go to an afternoon movie. Tonight we may go see our friend play at Firefly's BBQ. I need to fit in time to find something to wear to a bachelorette.
Sat: Bachelorette at Foxwoods.
Sunday: Recovering from bachelorette, then possibly heading to DH's cousin's cookout.
Tomorrow morning we're going to get an elective u/s done to hopefully tell us if MiMo is a boy or girl. If we find out we'll be surprising J's parents with the news tomorrow night (something simple and cute, but they don't know we're getting the u/s early) and tell my mom when we pick her up from the airport Sunday night.

Today: Took Benny to the vet for his ear--I swear I'm the Munchhausen by proxy of the pet world--he's on an antibiotic, 2 different ear drops, and a steroid for his ear infection. The rest of the day, I plan on getting some more house cleaning done.
Tomorrow: the plan is to go on a bike ride. We're looking close to 12 miles or more (the trail is 12 miles one way, but who knows if we'll make it or not). BUT if it's still this effing hot and the chance of t-storms goes up, I don't know what we'll do.
Sunday: I have to read at church, but besides that, nothing. Hopefully we'll get to take the dogs for a walk sometime this weekend. Buddy has been sequestered since he got poison ivy and he really needs the walk.
