I'm watching the old "Yours, Mine and Ours with Lucille Ball and Henry Fonda.  It's a cute little movie from 1968.  I loved listening to him say this so much, I had to look up the quote and share it with you ladies : )

 

Life isn't a love in, it's the dishes and the orthodontist and the shoe repairman and... ground round instead of roast beef. And I'll tell you something else: it isn't going to a bed with a man that proves you're in love with him; it's getting up in the morning and facing the drab, miserable, wonderful everyday world with him that counts.

Love that movie! The remake stinks compared to the original.

didn't it have dennis quaid in it?  i can't hate anything involving older-sexy dennis quaid.
