Aw, thanks!! I am almost finished with C25K. Technically I have one more day of week 8, but I have been running 30 minutes most of the time which is what you do the last week, week 9. I plan to "graduate" by the end of the month. I am still really slow so once I am done I plan to work on increasing my speed.
Good luck! It really is a great program. I never thought I would be able to run 2 miles or 30 minutes without stopping! If I can do it, as overweight as I am, then anyone can do it!!
