Oh my goodness- say a prayer for me!
We've been trying to sell our house back in NY and have knocked the price down tremendously- 25K most recently. We emailed our realtor today and asked to reduce again, because we really just need to get rid of our house. She emailed us back and said she refused to reduce because she was called today with an update from another agent that showed hte house- a couple is interested in it and have scheduled a second showing and will possibly make an offer!!! YIPPEE!!
Great for us because we'll be paying rent instead of 1 mortgage and 1 rent that's more than our mortgage. We can't afford the 2 much longer. And great for them because they are getting an AMAZING deal on this house.
So nervous. Please pray we get an offer!
