I'm loving it so far, but since I don't have the newer aluminum body type (I have a 2007 white MacBook), I don't have all the features. Still, it's a pretty cool operating system. Thoughts?

Re: Anyone using OSX Lion?
The trackpads in the aluminum body ones are more sensitive and pick up the gestures. The ones in the plastic don't have as good a trackpad. (According to DH who is a network administrator and Apple hoarder.)
What are these gestures of which you speak?
My MacBook is about 3 years old; my iMac about 2. DH's MacBook Pro is brand new. Will his computer react better to Lion than mine?
My MBP is a refurbished one that I've had for 2 years now and Lion works just fine. Our home iMac is about the same age and it works fine on it, as well as DH's brand new MBP.
You can Google "Apple Lion Gestures" to watch Youtube videos and see other things on the new gestures...things like swiping the touchpad for going back while web browsing, turning pages, and right/left clicking using the touchpad. One thing that might take you some getting used to is the new scrolling...it's opposite. I've been using an iPad for a couple of months so if you have been on one of those, it's the same scrolling as the iPad/iPhone/iPod Touch.
