What do you think of the store Arhaus?

I know they are primarily on the East Coast, but here is their website:

 I got their catalog in the mail recently, and I just can't get into it.  It is better to me than Z Gallerie, but still not my style.  

What do you think of this store?  Where do you think they fit price and quality wise among places like PB, C&B, Z Gallerie?

I like it.  My brother and SIL have a sofa and chairs from there, while I hate their sofa (way too deep) I do like their chairs.  It reminds me a bit of RH.  I can't speak to quality but the price seems a bit steep.

 Yeah, I was very surprised at their prices.  They are more than Pottery Barn!  My gripe about their catalog is they show the furniture sets all in one room--that bugs me because I don't like that mentality of having to buy 5 pieces of one set.  But this is just personal preference. I find more ideas in something like a PB catalog.

I've always found Arhaus a hit or miss store, either I really like the piece or I really hate it..

 

I don't own any major pieces from there so I can't speak to the quality, but my parents own several and it has held up well over the years.

They seem like a cross between Anhro, Room and Board, and Restoration - but their quality is so much better for the price. I remember reading that their pieces are all hand-crafted ... my friend has a sofa from there that's so beautiful, and her sister has a dining set. They're both so much more expensive than what they paid. I think it's a good find ...

The customer service at Arhaus is terrible!  I ordered a sofa and 2 chairs with cushions, which were delivered on June 12th.  The cushions on the sofa were the wrong color and Arhaus said that they would be shipped directly from the vendor in 3 to 5 weeks.  After 6 weeks went by, I called and was told they would be shipped soon and that it had taken them to order the replacement cushions one week after the delivery date, June 19th.  I called the Tysons store again in early August, around August 5th, and was told by the manager that they had come into their Ohio warehouse that day and would be shipped the next day.  I thought this sounded fishy since I was originally told that they would come directly from the vendor.  The manager said that the cushions would arrive early the following week of August 10th.  Still no cushions!  I called customer service on August 19th and they told me they come from the vendor and they are due to arrive via UPS August 22nd.  I received a call today saying that they were being shipped from their warehouse (?) today and they would arrive on August 24 or 25th.  We will see!  They have had my money for 10 weeks as of day and have done nothing to rectify their mistake.  I have heard numerous compIaints from other people since this happened.  I will never buy another thing from them again.
