QOTD

How often do you clean your house?

Once or twice a week. Kiley knows how to make a few messes =) I feel like I'm cleaning something though once a day.

Re: QOTD

  • Well we vaccum weekly b/c of the dog fur.  I'm not as good on the other cleaning as I should be, but with just the 2 of us, there are rooms that never gets used.

  • Not as often as I should.  I clean it about every 2-3 weeks.  We do have 2 roomba vacuums (1 upstairs, 1 downstairs) that vacuum daily so that helps.

I'm sure once Cody arrives and is mobile I will clean it more often.

  • I vacuum, dust, and clean the bathrooms weekly. I am into surface cleaning. Deep cleaning like mopping, scrubbing the showers, washing the windows, etc. only happens once a month. Well, who am I kidding...scrubbing the showers and windows is a very rare thing. I clean the kitchen every night after dinner.

  • Pretty much once a week but I do a little bit every day. I swiffer the floors every day and the kitchen gets cleaned (counters and appliances wiped, dishes away, etc). But things like vaccuming and toilets and laundry are once a week. We steam the floors probably every two weeks. Dusting is as I notice it - lol. I hate dusting.

The kitchen gets cleaned pretty much daily, but vacuuming, dusting, and bathrooms are done weekly (at least we try). I hate vacuuming, so I leave that for Josh.

This exactly. We're also less likely to clean the guest room unless someone is coming over. We'll vaccuum, but that's it.

  • I am more inclined to straighten up my house than clean it. I normally keep the kitchen pretty clean but tend to let the other stuff go until I have to. It has been super hard the last few months because we have been constantly shuffling stuff around in the house so as soon as I sweep or vacuum, it is messy again. I have kind of been waiting until it is all done with but I am going to this weekend before we leave on vacation.

  • Not as much as I should. The kitchen is mostly clean every day, the floors as needed during the week, and then I vacuum every other week. The bathrooms I do every week, but I alternate them. I hate dusting and don't do it as much as it is needed.I'm hoping once we are in the house and I don't have an hour commute each way I will get more done in the morning and afternoon.

  • I'm not allowed to do anything right now, so it's been a couple of weeks.  Before, I would clean the bathrooms once a week, kitchen would get done daily or every other day, and vacuuming and dusting as needed.
