My grampy needs the power of the Maine nesties :(

My grampy is 90 and has never really slowed down or fully retired, but he recently found out his heart is functioning at about 30% capacity. So far it hadn't slowed him down much and he's still his fiesty self and running circles around much younger people, but this morning I got a text from my mom that they're rushing him to the ER with chest/shoulder/arm pain and shortness of breath. He refused an ambulance, which is just like him. No further word yet but I am worried about him. If any of you could spare some good Maine Nestie juju for a Grampy in need I would appreciate it so much!!
