No   No news yet.  I'm super bummed. My husband is heading home for the week so I'm hoping he'll be able to have a face to face meeting with our realtor there. She doesnt seem to be doing much for us and it's really frustrating. Hopefully this week we'll have some answers soon. We found 2 houses we're interested in, but hesitant on also.  We'd like to know what our price range will be after the sale.

Do you mind me asking what price your house is going for in Buffalo? I just moved recently from Canton, MI to Fishkill, NY and we are having the hardest time house hunting. I can't believe the difference in prices in the housing out here. I feel like we will never be able to afford a house.

Well, we started off at $224 I think? and dropped it tremendously to $190.  (Over a course of a few price drops, not all at once).  We need to sell the house.

And we're having the opposite feeling of "we can get so much more house here!"

Good luck house hunting... my friend grew up in Fishkill!

Ugh.  That's disappointing.  I'm sorry to hear it's been so frustrating.  Selling a house is never a fun (or easy) process.  Hopefully something happens quickly for you.
