Is the zoo still under construction in such a way that you can't walk the whole thing as a loop and have to back track it like a horseshoe to see it all? When we went for the dinosaur exhibit it was that way and I was very disappointed about how difficult it was to get around and see everything. I'd rather not head back with my crew until its easier to navigate.

Yep        It will be that way until the seal tank is done. It irritates me to no end.

Oh grrrrr - I thought the lady told me a couple of weeks ago that it would be finished? We are going tomorrow morning ... mostly DS thinks the zoo is about the train and playground

The Australia area is done but not the seals. We were just there today and had to go back around.

Really? We were there yesterday and we could get through. We started by the giraffes and made it through to the playground and eventually the entrance/exit. By the lions and tigers there was an opening, despite the sea lion construction.

Only on the weekends and during special events is it open. Not during the week.

Okay after a little over an hour this morning I looked like I took a shower. The Australian exhibit was okay - Grant wasn't that enthused by it. I thought the peacocks were cool lol 

And no train going this morning - really irritates me.

Now I know why they were offering the half price memberships on Groupon this year.

Glad I never got around to renewing mine.
