Good morning, gals! I just wanted to say hello and good morning before I start my day. I haven't been on much in the past couple days, just a little lurking here and there. I have a busy day and plans for after work, so I don't know if I'll make it back on later.
Nothing really to report on my end. The weekend was so hot, I didn't do much than stay inside in the A/C. I just got paid yesterday so it was a broke-ish weekend, besides. We are going camping on Friday with my mom and stepfather, and I can't wait! DH and I get to have our campsite since we have our own tent now. We are going to set up directly next to my parents because they have all the real camping gear, but it will be fun to have the privacy of our own tent.
Re: Good morning, ladies!
Camping always sounds fun for everyone else.
I'm off to our staff retreat again today. It's only a half day this morning, but it's about an hour and a half of driving. Blah. I just can't stand sitting in meetings to hear new procedures that aren't actually going to be implemented. It feels like a waste of a perfectly good summer day.
Have a great day, everyone!

Camping does sound like fun! Sitting in all day meetings not so much!
Today is just another day at the office...Laura but you did remind me that I got paid yesterday! I have a lot of work to do today so I am hoping meetings don't start popping up all over my calendar...Today I am going to the gym after work and then home to make BBQ chicken pizza for dinner with a salad probably.
Nothing big going on today... waiting to find out if I have to go to our other store tomorrow to do someone elses job... waiting for the registry to call me back to say they fixed the problem from 6 months ago (I can't call since I got my head bitten off yesterday because she was out and came back to 20 e-mails from people above her asking why it wasn't fixed...um if you showed up for work you'd be surprised what I could get accomplished!). My SD is with her biological mother this week and I'm really missing her she's my partner in crime. But I get to start horseback riding again tomorrow night I can't wait I've missed it so much! And DH got to see the mechanic side of my Sunday it was really funny since he's never seen that side of me and doesn't know I can actually fix things lol my dad and I replaced one fender on my project truck, I need the other fender and one other piece but I think they'll have to wait until next week cuz my car payment is due this week
Hope everyone has a good day!!

Morning ladies! Matt asked me this morning if I had a lunch and learn and not thinking I said yes. Except lunch and learns are on Wed not Tues. Ughh! Silly hubby. Oh well I guess I get to go out to lunch today.
Last night I bought some photo editing software. I am pretty stoked about it. It is really easy to use and now I can make myself look like a teenager again! Heck yeah!!!

Seriously! Have fun camping Laura, I can't wait til we get to go again! I'm just popping on real quick before going into work early. I'm trying to work as much overtime this week as I can. My goal is to earn back the $140 I blew through during my bachelorette party! (Speaking of bachelorette - if any of you watched last night, I'm totally on team JP! They're so cute together.)
FI has been super sweet these past few days, I honestly think him having a bachelor party made things real for him finally and he's been so excited and saying the cutest things to me. I love it, especially since he's not mushy normally.
I'm bummed that life is getting hectic, I haven't worked out as much as I want and tonight I have a family dinner for my grandma's 80th birthday, tomorrow I'm having lunch with a friend...so my eating isn't the healthiest either. I pick up my dress saturday and I gotta maintain my weight so it'll fit!

Yo, can I get that recipe?!?
Cathy, 30% off? Share the wealth? hehe. I want pictures if you buy something!
Well I woke up this morning to my alarm and sirens going off. I was about to grab my baseball bat and my gun, when I hear sarahhhhh, it's meeeeeee. Then my little sister goes, it's mommy, sissi!! I was seriously about to throw down. She has freaking got to stop just walking into my house. She supposedly rang the door bell and yelled for us. Um, if you didn't get an answer...that doesn't mean please come in and forgot my code. She is one step away from me kardashian-ing her ass and asking for my key back
In other news, I bought pineapple lamps for our bedroom last night. I am RIDIC excited about them!!! They were at home goods for $35 each. I was crying to my friend that I should have bought the other pineapple lamps like a year ago and saved them for our room now. And then BAM, they were right there! I like these way better than the other ones...fate! Check FB if you would like to see a picture of it!
I saw the chain gang on my way to work cleaning up trash and litter. I consider this good luck for the day because you know your life is obviously better than others and you don't see them all the time since they're sporadic all over the valley.

Thanks Brandi but it really does help.
Brea I got Portrait Professional. It was like 40.00 so I figured what the hell. It is much easier then trying to do this on PS or LR. If you check it out and like it let me know. I have a 15% off coupon (which you can find all over online) but I would get a free upgrade.

We always camped when I was little....we never stayed in hotels. And I hated it! But now as an adult I really appreciate it. And DH loves it just as much so we have lots of fun together. We consider ourselves to be hippies lol so we love being out in nature and away from everyday life.
Michaela, we are actually going in NY state, near the PA-NY border. It's about 3 hours from both Philly and my mom's house so it's a good halfway point.
