Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Planned Eating and Exercise for Tuesday

Going to the spa today...I have to detox from our anniversary dinner...I'm getting so old. Two glasses of the most delicious Riesling and I feel hungover! What is that?!

B: Vi Shake with Vanilla soy milk, chocolate add-in, peanut butter

L: At spa juice bar...either a sandwich or smoothie

D: Chicken, rice, veggie

E: Zumba, maybe a workout at the spa if I'm feeling bored (ha do we really think this will happen? The gym is very nice...but....)

  • B: multigrain english muffin and an egg... maybe some vegan cheese if I'm feeling frisky

    L: leftover meatballs and sauce

    D: lemon pepper chicken with roasted potatoes and some kind of steamed veggie.

    E: hoping to grab a run on the treadmill this afternoon after the cable tech comes. Something relatively easy since my muscles are screaming at me after kickboxing yesterday. ouch!

  • B - Oatmeal w/raisins, banana

    L - Panzanella, nut bar

    D - Ham, stovetop mac n' cheese w/ broccoli, veggies

    E - Core, Zumba for Wii

  • B: Vi Shake with OJ

    L: Chocolate soy milk with Vi Shake (maybe w/ pb)

    D: probably a frozen meal

    S: cheddar cheese and some pretzels maybe with hommus

     

    I'm feeling like crud today-there's a sickness going around and I have a slight fever so all of this is IF I can hold it down.  Not even through my breakfast shake yet and it's 11:45am...ugh

  • Oh Maria... I did so good all vacation... then I came to Boston and have consumed:

    Clam Chowda (this is how it is said)
    Boston Cream Pie
    Cake
    Canolis
    Pasta
    Homemade meatballs

    This is in two days.... lol....

    I'll be back on track starting on Thursday, lol....
