If you haven't done Anusara yoga before, I'd recommend starting with a I/II class so that you can learn the principles of alignment. Then you can move to a level II, where you'll see some of those poses you were looking for.
There are about 30 I/II classes, so you'd need to narrow down date/time for specific recommendations
But some of my favorite teachers are AJ, Maria, Suzie, Kelly -- they all have different styles, so it's good to try a few to see who you like. I teach on Sunday mornings, if you ever want to check out my class. A few of the Nesties have taken my class before and have been to other classes at WSYC, so perhaps they will chime in

Does Willow Street let you pay per class or for a package of classes or do you have to buy a a series (did that make sense)?
I just mean I travel for work and can't guarantee I will be in town every Monday for 6 weeks and I seem to remember that was how you had to buy their packages. Am I crazy?
BGP -- Willow Street runs classes in sessions, but they are super-flexible. Most of the sessions are 11-13 weeks long (summer is super short at 7 weeks). If you miss a class, you can make up in any other class of that level or below *any time during the session*. That means you can make up classes in advance, which is hugely helpful. I always tell my students to make up in advance, b/c inevitably you will miss one or two. And at the early levels (I, I/II, II), there are scores of classes you can make up in, between the two locations and five studios.
The things I like about sessions, both as a student and a teacher: there are session goals, which means you have a specific course of progress over a session. I always like to look back and see how far I've come. Also, the teacher gets a chance to know you and your body over the session, so they can help you get the most out of your practice.
WSYC also offers "short courses" which are only six weeks long, if a full session is more than you want to commit to.
Lastly, you can drop in to almost any class at any time (rates vary by class length.)
Let me know if I can help with anything else! We just kicked off the summer session last week, so it might be a good time to check it out. Also, we'll have a week of free classes in September, so you can try different teachers/times to see who you like.
