We were invited to do dinner at a couples house tonight as a thank you to DH. DH and the husband of this couple went to the BWCA a month ago and DH took all the pictures and forwarded them to everyone on the trip. The couple invited us over for dinner as a thank you, that and so the wives can get to know each other.
They've insisted that we don't need to bring anything. The wife is 8+ months pregnant and also has an almost 2 year old boy.
What would you suggest as a hostess gift? I've already picked up a bottle of catawba juice but not sure if we should do something more or for the little boy too.
TIA!

Re: Hostess Gift
Agree with PP. If you wanted to bring some new crayons (or whatever 2 y.o boys play with) that would be nice, but if it is a thank you dinner for you two - you don't need to bring anything.
If you do feel like you want to bring something, maybe a GC for a pedicure after the baby is born?
Sounds like DH offered to bring something again today, like dessert, and they said that'd be great because they hadn't planned one, so problem solved :-)
I feel like dessert and the Catawba should def be enough :-)
Thanks for the ideas ladies!!!
