Dear Bossman...Please just listen to what I am saying so I don't have to repeat myself over and over. Also there is no need to lie to your employees. Don't tell one person that you "forgot" about an appointment when I heard you on the phone making it 15 minutes before that.

Anyway ... Brandi...I am in a similar boat with my father. I too am very nervous about talking to him. I have slowly gotten better with talking to him but its still hard. The hardest part is starting the conversation.

Dear SIL - you invited us somewhere to celebrate/make up for missing our wedding, and then something came up with you on the date we had scheduled so you cancelled on us. Now I ask you about rescheduling since almost every weekend of the rest of the summer is filling up for us, and you tell me with an attitude that everytime you ask us to do something we already have plans. Um, hello! That is why we scheduled a date like a month ago, and you cancelled it. Now you complain that we are too busy for you and give me an attitude. You also said, you pick a date and I'll work around it. But now, the one day we can go, you have something else to do that day and you don't make any other suggestions. Shall we just forget it already?
