As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I'm sorry, I don't mean to be flippant toward your DH. It's just that I've been trying to find a new job in this field for mumbly-mumble years. The few I've found are part-time and/or pay about $12/hr.
I wish him very good luck, although the only lead I can suggest is that he look at large corporations that have in-house/online libraries of their technical sources.
