As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I haven't been around in quite a while....
but since I am now a stay-at-home mom and spend a lot of evenings on the computer while hubby is at work, I thought I would stop by and see if anyone remembers me. I see some names I remember!
Anyone want to catch me up? Who's having babies? Who bought houses? Any great anniversary plans brewing?

How are things going? We have a few mommy's-to-be on the board now and one new momma.

It's good to see you back! Mom-to-be here.
Most everything else is the same. We are planning a mini-babymoon to Seattle in September, which will double as an early anniversary celebration. No other big plans right now.

We've been under contract on our house since February but are still waiting to close because of a stupid paperwork technicality, and NY being a PITA to have business transactions in. We got to have early occupancy at the end of May and we love living here. We just booked anniversary trip to Prague. No babies yet but maybe soon (like in Prague). Probably going off of BC soon and not actively trying TTC but won't try too hard to not.

Things have pretty much been the same for me...no baby, no house buying, no exciting anniversary trip planned... I did get some new plants for our balcony though lol woop woop.

Congrats on the baby! No babies for me and my DH (yet...and probably not for a while). But we did buy a house, and are settling in nicely. Although I hate doing work on the house, I do enjoy having a place to call my own.

DH and I are currently in the process of looking for a house, no babies planned over here for a while. We're going to an AI in Mexico for our anniversary and I am counting down the days since my last vacation was in March. I'm beginning to go a little stir crazy at work.
