AW - Anniversary trip booked!
Just booked our flight to Prague for our anniversary and I'm super excited! I've wanted to go to Prague for so long and DH and I compromised on going to NZ for HM if we did Prague for our 1st anniversary. We're actually going a couple weeks before our anniversary as we had to fit it into the one free weekend gap since we have 4 weddings to attend in a 5 week period this fall. We'll have 7 full days there, and am looking forward to being in one location instead of bouncing around like we did on our HM. I think I'll be off my BC by then, so maybe I'll get knocked up in Prague ;-) Does anybody have any recommendations on where to stay or what to do?
Sorry I've been MIA recently, I've been spending every free minute I have working on the house and taming our yard, which according to the neighbor hasn't been maintained well for the last three years. All I can say is that weeding is a b!tch, but luckily our friend Brad (horticulturist) came to visit this past week and helped us with some landscaping. And yep, we still haven't closed yet, but we are living rent free, so that is allowing us to put money into things like landscaping since we don't have a mortgage payment yet.

That's amazing! I've always wanted to go to Prague too, and DH and I are about to book our 1st anniversary trip (aka belated honeymoon). We're not sure where we want to go in Europe, though, but were debating doing a bit of a hopscotch and including Prague. Matt's like you, though, and doesn't like the hopscotch idea, and would rather stay in just one place.
What are you going to do in Prague?
