Thin Elastic For Headbands?
I am looking for thin elastic for some ribbon flowers I made for DD and my niece. I looked at JoAnn's and they didn't have much of a selection. Can anyone tell me where I can buy it in bulk and in various colors?

Try etsy. Do a search for 1/4" elastic I think you can get a few yards for $3.
