CD, that looks awesome!  I think we're just gonna do sandwiches or something.  We've got family coming in unexpectedly, so we've been eating quick stuff and trying to get the house together in the evenings.

hmm.. I hadn't planned dinner yet. We had seafood last night, so I think I'll go with chicken tonight. CD, you reminded me of all the green beans I have in my freezer (from my grandpa's farm) so I think I'll add that to the menu. Then we will have one more veggie - hmmm - I'm thinking either some creamy pearl onions or roasted squash and mushrooms.

It depends on what time my H gets home... if it's early(ish) I'm going to grill some chicken and veggies. If he's late I'm going to make a quick breakfast for dinner.
