Hey, so I am a Saskatchewan Knottie but I've been doing a lot of NWR living things, so I thought I'd start posting here too. My name is Debbie, I am currently a student majoring in History, minoring in Sociology and my evenings are spent mostly working in a horrible dive bar. My fabulous partner and I are planning our wedding for August 2012 and are currently in that "mostly living together but still have two places one of which is mostly used for storage" stage. We have two fur babies, a grey cat named Tybalt who a friend was no longer able to keep and an orange kitten named Tony who I rescued from a home of 14 cats where he was the runt.
I love DIY crafty stuff, all of the arts and am very passionate about issues of social justice and the environment. My cooking is relatively horrible compared to my partner's, though I have been doing a lot more cooking recently and actually enjoy it and I love eating ( a lot.... also food pictures). So this intro has been super long, but I look forward to meeting all of you

Welcome! This board isn't as active some times as others, but there are still a lot of people who do check in to it.
Whereabouts in SK are you? Back in 2001 I toured the province in a van with Persephone Theatre, so I know SK really well - one of my favourite provinces (totally serious - I adore SK!).
