So what are you having? I think I will have terriaki chicken with white rice, and some kind of vegi i haven't figured out yet. Oh and I am obsessed with tea so tonight I'm going to get an "Iced Tea Maker" from Walmart for $20. Hoping it works

I think we're just going to do steam-umms with some kind of side.  We have this buffalo chicken flavored rice I've been wanting to try so maybe we'll do that with it.  Certainly not the healthiest dinner, but I've been coming in really low on my 'stay at/under 1500 calories per day diet" so maybe a fatty-not-so-great-for-me meal will give my body a bit of a shock and I'll have lost a couple pounds when I weigh myself in tomorrow morning.  Fingers crossed or that scale is getting thrown off the balcony.

LOL-my scale was thrown of the balcony a lonnnnng time ago!

I got an iced tea maker last year for my birthday (I asked for it, haha) and I LOOVE it. I forget what brand it is but it's awesome. I use it a lot!

I'm making a zuchini herb casserole based on a recipe I found somewhere (but is printed at home so I can't link it). Its basically zucchini (I'm going to add yellow squash too) baked with rice and lots of spices and topped with some cheddar cheese. We pre cut all the veggies last night and I made the rice as well so I'm hoping itll be easy and quick to put together and put in the oven tonight!

We are trying Rustic Crockpot Chicken from Stephanie Cooks.  I have made  a few of her recipes and enjoyed...this one hasn't been giving off that wonderful crockpot smell though...

My dinner last night was lame, but this morning I put rice, 2 cans of black beans, 1 can of corn, 3 chicken breasts w/ salt and pepper, and a big jar of salsa into the crockpot.  I'm hoping it turns out yummy since I just kind of winged it.  I figure I like corn, black beans, rice, chicken, and salsa, so what can go wrong? lol
