apartments/condos/duplex's

does anyone know of any apartments, condos, duplex's in the area that are newer/updated (no dark trim), 1000 sq feet, w/d in unit?!  Looking on the west side or suburbs.  Thanks!

we rented an apt in The Fountains for 6 months.  2 bed, about 1100 sq ft, w/d in unit, with a standard white/oak/builder beige scheme.  Decent appliances, but not fancy.  I think we paid about $900/month.  Location:  Mills Civic & 50th, just off I-35.  Very convenient to the new side of WDM.

i lived at signature place for a long time and liked it there.

also i think they are called the mansions at jordan creek that my sister lived at and they were new/nice.

We've lived at both Signature Place and Washington Heights and they're both updated with the options you listed.  Another place to check is Woodland West Condos...my best friend lives there and has a really nice floorplan with all the options.

Edit: These are all in WDM and are about $900-$1000 per month

There are 3 sets of duplexs on our Cul De Sac in Clive.  I think 1 of the units is empty right now and they are looking for a renter.  I think the houses were built in 1984 but they have new siding and there is a washer/dryer hookup in the house for sure.  I believe pets are welcome if that matters to you.  I've never actually been inside one of the units so I can't attest to floor plan or updated interiors.  If you are interested I can check the exact address of the open unit when I get home and PM you.
