We're in a bind and could use some OMH help.
DH asked for a raise last Friday and was told he would get something. They weren't sure of how much but he would get a raise. Good news, right? Well, he was just told today that not only is he not getting a raise but his hours are being cut from 40 to 30. He is an hourly employee...bad news!
So, if anyone has or knows of any job openings would you send them our way? He has currently been working at a company that makes labels (think the labels on ketchup, bbq sauce, or soap bottles). He's been running those machines. Before that he worked at an HR company doing payroll. I know 2 completely different jobs.
I know it's a stretch and none of any of your responsibilities but if you know of something we sure would appreciate the help! Thanks.
Re: Job Hunt Help
Starbucks? The pay is decent & and the hours are fairly flexible (which would be good if he had to work around his other jobs schedule). I've been looking at getting rehired at one when we move back and it looks like there are a lot that are hiring.
I know it might be far but allen has just built andrews distributing- they are hiring and also need a night auditor at Hammons Hotels and resorts
also any teachers looking for jobs they are hiring at Knowledge Beginnings
Tiffany, I got it and that's great information. He'll be interested in that. Thanks.
Allen isn't too far...I think. I'll pass that on to him.
Thanks ladies!
