Slider cupcakes - two days ahead?
We are traveling to a family gtg and i wanted to make mini cupcake sliders (mini cupcakes, brownie as burger and colored icing and green dyed coconut as condiments). I need to make them Tuesday, but we won't eat them until Thursday. Will they be stale and gross by then? I''m trying to avoid assembling them the day off because we'll be out all day. Help! TIA

Unfortunately they will get stale.
I have made them many times and the its the brownie that dries out even if kept in an airtight container.
