Also, I'm looking for a corn recipe to use up some extra corn on the cobs. Corns on the cob? Whatever, you get my drift.

You can cut the corn off the cob and mix it in with onions, bell peppers and spices as a fajita/taco/burrito filling. There are also some great tomato, corn and avocado salads out there. I also really love corn chowder (but I know it's probably too hot for that where you live).
