I am going to make the zuchinni fries on your blog tonight for dinner. However, my DH is very anti-zuchinni which is fine because more for me. Do you think the breading would work with potatoes or carrots?

It would work on carrots, I am not so sure about potatoes. One of the commenters suggested green beans, which I am going to try next.
FWIW, my DH hates zucchini usually and he ate them all!

Hopefully my DH will end up liking it. The silly man likes squash, but not zucchini. Pretty much the same thing if you ask me.
