Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

One Step Closer: Mortgage Approved!
I came home from work and DH had a few papers on the kitchen table that he told me I needed to sign before we went to dinner. I began to read the top and saw the line, "Congratulations! You have been approved for a total amount of...."! I almost fainted! Our closing date is officially 9am on September 23rd. September has proved to be a lucky month for me! (birthday, anniversary, and now, closing on our first home!) Now it is just a waiting game.
