As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

When to call but not seem desperate...
A woman called me yesterday to discuss a position I had sent my resume in for. Unfortunately, I did not answer the phone so I had to return her call/message she left on VM. When I called back about 2 hours later she did not answer so I left a message. That was 24 hours ago so I am wondering if I should try calling again tomorrow afternoon if I do not hear from her....or is that too much?
