I am back to work and didnt melt down!
It helped that Charlotte was super cute this morning and loved on me before I took her to the nanny. I did check up on her at 9:30 and she was doing fine! I hope it continues. It will make the transition much easier. She hasnt done well without mama lately, so we will see. She is in good hands at least with plenty of attention! I am back to nesting so hopefully this place will pick up and keep me busy today!

Thanks ladies! I know she is in great hands so I am not too worried. I am going to be glad to get back to her for sure. I told Mark not to expect me to do anything tonight but hold and snuggle her!
