Recommend your Rotterdam central business hotel for a seminar.
Last year we did the Bilderberg Parkhotel and I think the space was too large for our group and apparently the hotel was a bit worn/old.
I'd like something modern, with a room that will fit about 30 people in classroom style and not look like it's still empty, that is affordable and can do lunch in-hotel (plus morning and afternoon coffee service).
Oh and it should have a bar for after seminar schmoozing.
