what should I cook?

We're going to a family reunion this weekend. It's a big pot luck dinner, and I can't decide what to make. What's your favorite casserole?

I'm hungry.

Re: what should I cook?

  • Mac and Cheese.

I ate delicious pasta salad that had raw kernels of sweet corn in it and I've been searching for a similar recipe since, that would also be delicious to bring.

  • I don't want to do anything with meat, but Stees buffalo chicken lasagna sounds fantastic. Robin would love me for that. Recipe please. :)

MB, I was thinking cheese. Maybe mac n cheese or this broccoli rice cheese bake.

Although, a cold pasta salad or corn salad sounds really good too....

  • DD do you know if the food is going to be inside or out? I try to stay away from anything cold that has mayo or other perishable ingredients if its outside (if you're considering salad-y dishes).

  • It's inside, but I'll still probably stay away from mayo. It sits out for a while before everyone actually eats.
