hey pam, thanks for asking! it's going pretty well. we are slowly getting more business but it's tough- some weeks are better than others. i have a big motion for attorney's fees on Monday 8/8, and hopefully i will get a big chunk of change. In anticipation of that, i got my A/C fixed on my car which is nice! the thing is that most of my cases are contingent fee cases, so i don't get paid until the end of them.
the good thing is i am learning more every day and have met a nice attorney who is showing me the ropes of criminal defense in the county i am working in.
i just have to stay positive!
