DH picked up the Total Money Makeover book at the Borders closing sale the other day. We don't have much debt (just the van), but we can definitely budget better. I am actually going to be taking over the money this month and I am excited to see where we can trim and save. I already know it's Starbucks, beer and eating out. LOL
We really need to save because 2012 could be a very expensive year for us.

Re: Dave Ramsey ladies
I don't follow his rules completely but we do budget every last penny we make whether it's to fun money, bills, or savings. We used the envelope system for a couple of months but have stopped because it was getting hard to get enough cash out every month since our bank is 15 min away. We also kind of stick to his "snowball" by paying minimum payments on everything and then slowly pay off 1 loan at a time.
Either way, it's good to really get a handle on your money. Once you start adding up how much you spend on clothes, eating out, etc. you'll be surprised how much you were really spending. It's so easy sometimes to just swipe swipe swipe the debit card.
Goodluck!
