Sigh. I interviewed with a competitor recently. The salary range is significantlymore than I make now and would cut my commute in half.
The recruiter called me yesterday and said they all loved me (yay!) and want to move forward (double yay!). But... due to a re-org, they can't proceed with an offer yet. I'm trying to stay positive - it's not a 'no', she expects it to be temporary. But I so wanted to tell my bosses I can't travel to a client site next week because I resign.
I don't hate my job right now, I'm just not happy. Oh well, maybe I'll get an offer soon.
