Hey ladies! How are y'all doing today? I am going to kick off the AM post since I never get around here during the day. I am really excited because I just got word that my ins co recovered the full deductible from the other driver's insurance from DH's accident in June. They tried claiming he was speeding and said they had pics of skid marks to prove it, so they wanted to split liability. I guess my ins co did their job because they got them to take full liability, so now I get the full deductible back. It was much faster than the last time I went through this process, so I'm excited to get that hefty sum back into my savings where it belongs!
It's been a good week at work. And yesterday my sister invited us to go to the shore this weekend and stay at her IL's shorehouse because they are all going to be away. So I am super excited at the prospect of a cheap weekend at the beach with my sister and nieces. DH has to work a special event on Saturday so he's thinking of driving Saturday night after he gets out. We rarely get to spend one-on-one time with my sister and my BIL (he works a ton) so I am really excited! I get to join the DW beach club this weekend, lol!
