Personality types

Have you ever taken those personality tests in school? If so, what is your type? Last semester we had to in class and I found it so interesting, I made FI and my boss take the test too. The test was in our book, but they have some online I think. I was looking at a DW knottie's FB page and she had some info in it about her personality type and it made me think to look mine up again.

I'm an ISFP "the artist" personality type and FI is "the protector" (which is rare I guess). Here's the link for the different types:

  • We did something very similar from "Wired that Way" during our premarital counseling.  We're complete opposites, but also the most common pair to get married.  I agree that it was really interesting to sort of analyze ourselves and each other. 

    DH nags me from time to time about being too "on the ball" (aka anal) and I remind him that it's my personality (he's the opposite) and that we learned during counseling that I relax more when he steps up more so I don't feel like I HAVE to do it all.  I think it helps us cut the other one some slack.
