Weekend Plans?

It's sooooo quiet around here!! So, what's everyone up to today and this weekend?

Today, I washed CD's, made blueberry muffins, and now I'm working on a diaper cake and some other decorations for my friends shower that I'm co-hosting.

Tomorrow, I'm going to tidy up the house and pack for a visit to my Mom's house. My Mom, Dad, Sister, BIL, and nephew are all staying here for a night on there way home from vaca to break up the drive. 

Sunday, I'm going to follow my parents home and stay with them for a few days.

I've got some work to do this afternoon [finally], so I'll probably be pretty busy for a little bit - that'll help the day fly by though. Tonight, JJ and I are staying with my sister and hanging out with her.

Tomorrow, my mom wants to hit the new outlet mall that just opened today...I think it's a bad idea. It's tax free weekend AND the first legit outlet mall we've gotten in years, and it's a madhouse there. But, hopefully, we'll get there early enough to find parking, get in and get out. I'll go grocery shopping after that, and I'm meeting my best friend for dinner, too. I'm hoping I can get home in time to watch Yanks/BoSox.

Sunday will be a relaxing day for us, I hope. I really need to clean out the trunk of my car and start my packing list for Vegas, but I'm sure neither will get done.

This is the weekend that the in laws descend!  DH had asked me to take off today as well as the weekend, so I did.  But now, there are no plans until tonight that involve me.  So I'm treating it like a free day!  I went grocery shopping, and I'm now watching Newsies, and about to paint my toenails.  Dinner tonight with the whole family.  I'm kind of looking forward to it.  The food will be good (and free) and I'll get to see the family that doesn't live near here.  And maybe I'll get some funny quotes from my in laws. 

Tomorrow morning I'm running 10.5 miles, then we have a boat ride with the fam at noon, and I think dinner after.

Sunday we don't have any set plans.  I think most of the fam is leaving Sunday afternoon.

Tonight, I'm washing linens, but not until after 7. We're not supposed to use appliances between 3 and 7. Trying to avoid statewide rolling blackouts.

Tomorrow, cleaning out the fridge and hanging out with my guys.

Sunday my BIL is being ordained, so Nate and I will drive down for that, bringing my mom back with us.

And that's pretty much it!

we were going to look at a new ( to me ) car but the lady at Carmax called ( her name is Haf Zink - how unfortunate ) called and said that when doing the emissions, the check engine light came on -- so they are looking into it.

unfortunately that means, it is currently locked up in the shop until Monday -- dumb.

soo -- I guess we'll go to the gym tonight and just hang out ( we are so boring )

Saturday - I work from 9-12 and DH is doing a 'team building' exercise at the NRA range - and I'm so jealous, rather be at the range than work for a few hours  

Sunday - cleaning lady is coming, maybe some closet organization action from Lowes

Nothing major. Stuff around the house, grocery shopping laundry, hopefully go to the new target that opened near us. We really should take Carly to see her great-grandparents and/or go to church. We'll see.

It's going to be a quiet weekend, gym and farmers market in the morning and then to local fair two towns over.  Sunday, house cleaning and grocery shopping...yay fun

Not to much. DH and I got a lot of cleaning done last night, so we don't have to worry about it tomorrow. Today we went grocery shopping, and tomorrow is church and hanging out at my parents for a while.
