I need to get a bridesmaid's dress altered for a wedding in 2 months. I live near Kingwood but I drive into the center of town every day for work, so location isn't too big of a deal. TIA!

My SIL uses Marcel (?) in the Galleria and she always looks impeccably dressed. I took a few things there and was happy with the results but it is a bear to park and trek in to his store. There is also Q alterations on the NW corner of S Post Oak & Westheimer but I have never gone there personally. You could hop over to the Knot Houston Board for recs as they are more in the throes of getting alterations done.

I second Arlene but she moved....her new location is on Mercer Street (I think the number is 3402 but don't quote me on that) - she did both of my wedding dresses and I know a few other Nesties who use her or have in the past.
