I'm excited that I'm starting another weight loss challenge with two friends on monday! Time to get my life healthy again! I've been looking up recipes for new healthy stuff to make at home. So this weekend is going to be bad with me eating and drinking whatever Bring it on!

I have been trying to get to the gym every week, although sometimes it goes from 3x to only 1x. I have tried to cut down on the carbs for the most part, but as long as I am good most of the week, I will give myself a cheat
I really need to step it up! I am worried that with school and work, I will be tired a lot but I need to force myself. I worked out pretty hard yesterday, today I am a little sore so skipping the gym but working on my feet all night. Tomorrow AM I am going to try to do a class or work out on my own.
So what exactly is the challenge Sarah?
Basically, I have about 11-13 lbs that I need to lose and I need motivation. I have a friend who moved with her military husband and gained a good amount weight in the process. She's back now and we have a mutual friend who has been losing weight as well. So I challenged them to see who can lose the most body percentage in a month. I did this so that I still have a chance. Obviously, my one friend will be losing more lbs than me so with the body percentage so if we go by lbs alone, I'll lose. We have weigh in's once a week where we send a picture message of the scale in the morning when we wake up. I'll log it all and do the calculations for updates. The winner gets a free nice-casual dinner and the losers have to pay.
My goal is to lose my weight, motivate my girlfriend to start losing hers and then our other friend just joined in on the fun since she's already doing it.

I have been doing great in the workout department, going to crossfit atleast 4 days a week, and I just signed up for another half marathon that is mid October. So on the front all is good.
Diet department I am HORRIBLE. I have been snacking non stop and making bad choices. Monday I desperately need to start fresh! Ahhh!
