As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

thanks : ) i think i saw it come through on my phone.. it's been a busy weekend!
i also wanted to tell you i am doing a 10K in gruene on sept 10. it should be a fun little weekend, lemme know if you want to join. i probbaly will not be able to run the whole thing, but i'm just going for a good "i did it". i had signed up before one of the back injury episodes, planning to train and be able to run it... but i still really want to just go and have a nice little time.
