Ladies, I'm so freaking domestic now.
This weekend, I did:
-Cleaned most of the whole house, asked DH to finish vacuuming the last two rooms today.
-Took the dog for a walk around the neighborhood, or rather he walked me mostly. I really need to get him walked more than once when I feel like it I'm going to buy a better leash for me that is shorter so that I can control the man. New goal: 3-4 times a week
-Went grocery shopping at 2 different places and stocked up for the week on my new recipes.
-Cooked a bomb chicken hawaiian pizza, guniness stew and raspberry balsamic chicken
-My little sister said "maybe Sarah should cook for us every sunday!" (we have family dinner on sundays) Take that to my dad who told me a year ago that he's worried about my cooking skills and has been asking my mom to teach me cook since I was little. PSHHHHHH. You're lucky I didn't add a little extra laxative to your meal, ha!
Re: Domestic Goddess Monday
I had a very domestic weekend:)
-I made bbq chicken, corn on the cob, and sweet potato fries for dinner Saturday
-I made beef stew Sunday in the crockpot, as well as making chili to freeze, whole wheat banana muffins to freeze, and homemade pesto to freeze. I am trying to stock our freezer full of good for you clean eating meals I can pull out when I don't feel like cooking.
-cleaned the glass shower doors with vinegar and it worked like a charm! It has never looked better, no more hard water stains!!
Then tonight I am making chicken parm, whole wheat pasta, and roasted asparagus from clean eating magazine. Yum!
You guys want to come to my house and do some cleaning/cooking?!?!?!
Lets see, I don't think I did much of anything domestic like this weekend other than straighten this place up some and do laundry.
This week I plan to cook a bunch of stuff and freeze it for when school starts and I get home after 8pm and don't feel like cooking.

I did nothing domestic this weekend! Whoops! No cleaning, no cooking, I was just a big ol' fail :P
I really can't wait until we get the house. I feel like when that happens I'll really be able to join in on these posts.

It's true. I never really cared until I got my house. Then I had roommates and I stopped caring again because stuff was never the way I wanted anyways. Now it's differently because it's all us so I have the want to do things more and keep them the way I want.
I forgot to add that I did laundry too. Which is a part that I hate dearly. But it's so nice to be able to do it when I want and not wait to see which roommate was doing theirs or left theirs in it.
