Re: Low carb ladies
The first thing that popped in to my mind when I read this was that part in Borat when he is in the grocery store, and says 'And what is this' and the guy answers 'cheese' and Borat asks 'and this' and the guy keeps answering 'cheese'. Corny but funny.
How about these? I have made them, and then taken to work and eaten cold (both ways are delish). Thai chicken lettuce wraps from Rachel Ray.

I have some new recipes in my blog for low carb stuff.
"lasagna"
Pizza crusts
The whole family likes pizza toppings on a chicken breast pounded thinly
chicken or shrimp scampi with green beans
fajitas in a lettuce wrap
eggs eggs and more eggs - I boil up 18 each weekend - deviled, scrambled, on a lettuce wrap with tomato and cream cheese (don't knock that until you try it. lol!) egg salad, omlets with ham/cheese or taco fixin's etc.
burgers in lettuce wraps
Broccoli salad
7 layer salad
cheese crisps or cheese "fries"
There's a few for ya.
Oh and jimmy johns has an "unwich" and I eat a lot of Mc D's Angus Deluxe without the bun because it doesn't come with ketchup and they wrap it in paper if you ask for no bun.
