WFD

With the extra time on my hands today I decided to make a sauce, chicken parm, and eggplant parm.  The eggplant just went into the oven.  I can't wait until it is done!

  • Waiting for the chicken breasts to thaw, then going to grill them and top with BBQ sauce.  Got some corn on the cob, and probably make some potatoes.

    Pink lemonade (ended up being strawbery lemonade) cupcakes, and im doing a lime and sugar fee vanilla frosting :)

    Yum! That sounds delicious!

    I made some whole wheat rigatoni (because then it's our and DS's dinner all in one), and chicken parmigiana.

    I think I suffered heat stroke or exhaustion or something today. Let's just say I made spaghetti but just sipped water during dinner.

    Agreed!  We are trying to be good, but after a lackluster dinner (hot dogs & sauteed spinach), we totally walked over to CVS for some Half Baked.  It was so good, we had to stop ourselves from eating the whole damn pint in one sitting, heh.
